Sour 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Sour 60 ml bottle here
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.92 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.92 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
