Sweet zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Sweet in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Sweet is allowed to say
Sweet in Nouméa reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.45 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on sweet: 8 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is sweet legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
