Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Tobacco in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Tobacco refill pack here
The honest read on tobacco: 7 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.13 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
