Tropical 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Tropical in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.75 per 10 ml.
Tropical in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: tropical in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on tropical: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tropical in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.75 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
How long does tropical in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
